Do I Need to pay an additional fee for the mobile app?

No. Our Unlimited in-app messaging and communication program is free of charge. Athletarian has committed ourselves to delivering the best services including offering you this service. You can download the app to guide you in achieving your fitness goals without breaking the bank.

As a client, can I call and ask my personal trainer question at any time necessary?

Though we encourage trainer-client communication, phone calls must be a scheduled appointment according to the plan that you selected. At Athletarian, we strive to provide premium quality services to our clients that’s why we accept only a limited number of clients for a specific period. We also schedule phone calls and Skype chat ahead of time.

Does my program include nutrition counseling?

Absolutely. We offer basic nutritional planning and education. However, our trainers don’t claim to possess dietary degrees and will definitely not offer medically-based diet or nutritional advice.

What should I do if I cannot or do not want to go to the gym?

We take pride in our flexibility, as well as the program that we provide. Athletarian is also committed to being able to adapt to your lifestyle and resources. Whether you have busy schedules, are traveling or just don’t want to go to the gym, we’ve got you covered. Although membership at a fitness center or gym is highly beneficial, it isn’t a major requirement to achieve fitness success.

When we begin with the initial consultation, we’ll determine the equipment and fitness tools that you have, your schedule, and then create a program based on your situation or needs. For those who have a home gym, we will also build a fitness program with such information in mind.

How long until I see real results?

This is one of the most common questions our trainers get from our honest clients. The truth is, anyone who tells you that you can achieve the results you want in a ridiculous time frame is telling a lie. It is a scam, and the information is very misleading.

In reality, results vary. It depends on a lot of factors, which include how your body adapts to the prescribed exercises, your genetic disposition, consistency, nutritional variety, and quality, effort applied to every workout and a lot more. Hence, if you want to achieve more, you have to work smarter and better.
